| Q1: Preseason picks All NFL teams have been seeded according to the secret Decathlon algorithm. Select eight teams totaling no more than 32 seed points. Your eight teams will earn points as follows: ...7 pts for each win (8 for a playoff win) ..15 pts for a division title ...9 pts for a wildcard berth ..25 pts for a Super Bowl berth ..40 pts for a Super Bowl win Picks lock 9/10 at the first kickoff (time TBD) Q2: Playoffs New this year: the Decathlon will pick each game of the NFL playoffs against the spread. Round 1: 6 games, 15 pts each Round 2: 4 games, 20 pts each Round 3: Conference Championships, 30 pts each Round 4: Super Bowl, 40 pts The Super Bowl may also feature smaller tie-breaker Qs. We are not forcing 0.5pt spreads, so if any game is a push (the favorite wins by exactly the line), both teams will earn 0 points. For each group, you must pick a winner against the spread for each game. The seeds only exist to ensure that you pick one team from each game.
